Not very happy

I wouldn’t know because I never received it. I sent an email and did not get a response. I also called and left a message and some man called me back laughing, saying “you didn’t get your 3 candy bars?”. I have no idea who he was, maybe the owners son in law? That was probably 3 or 4 days ago and I still haven’t received them. I’d like my debit card refunded but I have no idea how that will ever happen. Super annoyed.
